Metairie Club Estates is a controlled access community of 51 residential homes located in Metairie, Louisiana. The community is owner managed by Metairie Club Estates Homeowners Association, a Louisiana Non-Profit Corporation. All construction and improvements in the community are subject to review and approval by an Architectural Control Committee. Please review the documents folder for a copy of the Covenants and Restrictions that apply to all lots in the subdivision.

The community is located adjacent to Airline Drive and Metairie Country Club with direct access to downtown New Orleans and all major arteries of the metropolitan area.
