Gated Community
Metairie Club Estates is a private gated community. The operation of Metairie Club Estates is the responsibility of the Home Owners Association (a Louisiana non-profit corporation) owned by its Members consisting of the Lot owners in the community. Governing documents including the Articles of Incorporation, By-laws, Covenants & Restrictions and Code of Ethics are available at the HOA website. All improvements, additions, modifications to all home sites in the community must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee.
